Greetings!
We are excited to share the inaugural edition of our quarterly IBW Bulletin – sharing client achievements, IBW insights and “for-purpose” sector updates and trends.
For this and upcoming editions, we enlisted the help of Mike Sherry, Principal at OnPoint Communications. Mike interviewed a few IBW clients for updates on how their strategic plan is serving as a guide in their pursuit of opportunities and in navigating challenges on their way to attaining success.
I’d like to thank Bob Theis, CEO of Samuel U. Rodgers Health Center, for participating. Sam Rodgers is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that opened in 1968 as the first federally-recognized community health center in Missouri and only the fourth in the nation. During his interview with Mike, Bob discusses how Sam Rodgers’ nearly ten-year relationship with IBW has influenced the development of metrics to gauge its progress in maternal care and on many other fronts.
A big thank you also goes out to Executive Director Ben Harris of the Symphony of Northwest Arkansas (SoNA). Ben discusses one of SoNA’s strategic priorities developed to create musicians and music lovers of the future through school partnerships. Ben also talks about their engagement strategy, which seeks to connect with audiences through a “broad, relevant, and inclusive” repertoire; building the orchestra’s brand and visibility; and fostering growth and stability in the organization.
Also in this edition, we highlight two of our consultants – Brooke Jarchow and Terry Trafton – who share a bit about their background and passion for working with clients. You can look forward to more IBW consultant profiles in the future.
Additionally, we offer nonprofit/for-purpose sector news items we think are worth a read. In today’s rapidly changing world, it is more important than ever to understand the events and trends that impact your organization’s planning and development.
We look forward to supporting you in finding future opportunities and developing the strategy and organizational culture to make it all happen. We’re here for you – reach out to us anytime.
