We are pleased to announce a leadership update to reward outstanding performance and support our continued growth, service to clients and operational effectiveness.
Effective February 1, 2025, Terry Trafton assumed the role of President, iBossWell, Inc. (IBW), and Wayne M. Powell, President and Chief Executive Officer, retained the role of CEO. By separating these roles, we anticipate bringing even greater focus to evolving and executing upon our strategic vision to partner with ‘for-purpose’ organizations to develop and align their strategy, tactics, and organizational culture to achieve impact in the communities they serve.
As CEO, Wayne will focus on IBW’s strategic vision and long-term growth. As President, Terry will focus on ensuring IBW’s expert consultants and partners continue to deliver excellent service and innovative solutions, while driving effective and efficient daily operations in service to clients in a rapidly changing environment.
Building upon his more than 28 years of leadership experience in nonprofit and healthcare settings, Terry has distinguished himself as a valued, trusted expert in a variety of industries and sectors across the organizations we serve. Over the nearly four years with IBW, Terry has ably led strategic planning and organizational development engagements across behavioral, community and public health, as well as educational, arts, financial, and faith-based organizations large and small. He has also contributed to cultivating the purpose-driven, evidence-based, and collaborative IBW culture.
Beyond these accomplishments and attributes, Terry is also active in our community, having served as Past President of the Missouri Mental Health and Greater Lee’s Summit Healthcare Foundations and the Health Forward Foundation Community Advisory Board, and is currently serving as Secretary of the Health Forward Foundation Board of Directors.
