iBossWell (IBW) is proud to again partner with North Kansas City Hospital to support them in meeting their IRS reporting requirements as a nonprofit hospital. North Kansas City Hospital, the largest acute-care hospital in the Northland, is also a founding member of the Northland Health Alliance. As a member of the Alliance, the hospital has participated in three collaborative Community Health Needs Assessments to identify health needs and gaps in Clay and Platte Counties. IBW is crafting the report that outlines the actions the hospital took between 2019-2021, and the impact/results it achieved.
The 2019 assessment informed the hospital’s selection of the three community priorities around which it built its Implementation Action Plan: reduce obesity, reduce opioid deaths, and meet the health needs of an aging Northland population.
