iBossWell (IBW) is proud to partner with Liberty Hospital to support them in selecting and ratifying the health priorities that will be the foundation of their next Implementation Strategy to address community health needs. IBW will also be working with the hospital team to develop the goals, strategies and actions in the Implementation Strategy. Liberty Hospital is a member of the Northland Health Alliance and recently participated in NHA’s collaborative Community Health Needs Assessment. Data from that assessment was used to identify health needs and gaps in the Northland and to guide selection of the hospital’s health priorities.
