As CEO, Wayne will chart the strategic direction for the company and provide leadership to iBossWell consultants and staff as they continue to deliver high quality strategic planning and organizational development solutions.
Remarking on the leadership change, Denise expressed great satisfaction in executing a succession plan “that relied on identifying the right partner and leader who could build upon our success and bring valuable knowledge and skills to advance and enhance the services we offer to current and future clients.” Denise noted, “Wayne brings the right combination of business experience and passion for the community to lead and grow iBossWell into the future.”
With this change, Denise will shift almost 100 percent of her focus to serving current clients and working to develop new relationships. She will also lead efforts to create new and refresh current consulting services, advancing the company’s offerings in strategy and organizational development, and leadership performance. Denise shared, “it will continue to be my honor and joy to work with our clients in support of their public, private, philanthropic and social sector missions, helping them do great work better.”
Wayne brings almost 25 years of increasing and diverse experience as a Blue Cross and Blue Shield and Federal Reserve senior executive.
