iBossWell (IBW) is proud to have collaborated with the staff and leadership of Beacon Mental Health (formerly Tri-County Mental Health) to develop a Community Needs Assessment Report in alignment with SAMSHA (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration) reporting requirements for Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHC). The Community Health Assessment explored and evaluated the behavioral health needs and experiences of individuals (children, youth, adults, and families) in the Beacon service area. The insights gained will inform development and implementation of strategies related to staffing, outreach, screening, assessment, treatment, care coordination and recovery supports and guide opportunities to expand community partnerships.
