As a consultant, Wayne goes beyond business boundaries. Fueled by an unwavering desire to create positive change, his mission revolves around learning, understanding and taking meaningful action. He aims to weave a fabric of opportunity for everyone with whom he interacts.

Beyond his work, Wayne finds comfort around family and friends. He enjoys rallying behind his Michigan Wolverines, and embarking on adventures both geographic and artistic, exploring new landscapes and diving into creative expression. Wayne's commitment to the future stretches beyond his work, manifesting in his dedication to philanthropic endeavors and his commitment to leaving an enduring impact on the world.

Denise McNerney

Founder & Chief Strategy Officer

Denise stands at the helm of visionary leadership as the founder of iBossWell, a venture she established over two decades ago. Her journey has been dedicated to guiding clients through the intricacies of strategic planning, catalyzing the development of impactful leadership, fostering collaborative team dynamics and orchestrating the harmonious functioning of boards.

Denise finds fulfillment in driving the commendable work of purpose-driven organizations to new heights of excellence. Her role extends to coaching, conducting organizational assessments and spearheading business development initiatives.

Off-duty, Denise revels in cherished moments with her family and delights in the contagious laughter of her grandchildren. Her spirit of exploration takes her to faraway destinations, and she maintains a commitment to health and exercise.

Heather Ehlert

Chief Operating Officer, Air Traffic Control

Heather has been an approachable and trusted expert for iBossWell since 2019. Her path to the organization was paved by a twofold opportunity. One: it was a chance to bolster individuals and organizations dedicated to enhancing the world, fortifying their missions by providing the strategic planning and organizational development tools they need to triumph. Two: it offered the prospect of collaborating with a team of consultants who embody expertise, intelligence and a dash of fun.

Heather's expertise graces every facet of the firm, from nurturing business growth and internal operations to the intricate realm of consulting and service delivery. Her dedication to purpose-driven organizations is rooted in the altruism of their staff, board members and volunteers who place the welfare of others at the forefront, embodying a mission that transcends self-interest.

Beyond her professional engagements, Heather revels in the companionship of her family, friends, husband, Adam, and their remarkable Doberman, Mina. She finds joy in cooking, exercise and enthusiastically following collegiate sports, as well as the worlds of professional golf and tennis.

Lynne Brown

Vice President, Strategic Planning

Lynne's journey with iBossWell began 15 years ago when she was a member of a nonprofit board seeking a strategic plan. The approach she experienced was transformative, grounded in data and diverse perspectives, which deeply resonated with her. Watching the plan's enduring impact made a lasting impression. Joining iBossWell's consulting team was a natural next step, driven by her strong belief that this process can truly transform organizations with a purpose.

Lynne's passion is ignited by organizations striving for positive change. Their dedication to good work fuels her inspiration. She is amazed every day by the individuals who work in nonprofits, truly considering herself fortunate to engage in the work she does. The chance to contribute to their success, even in a small way, brings her immense happiness.

Lynne's life brims with a love for the outdoors, hiking and kayaking. Gardening nurtures her and she's a devoted news enthusiast with an appetite for reputable and local sources. Books are her cherished companions. Family, especially her four grandchildren, forms her heart's core, infusing her life with boundless joy.

Terry Trafton

His goal is to facilitate learning, strategic formulation and be a catalyst for change that unfailingly leads to high-performance outcomes. As a strategist and coach, Terry seamlessly blends strategic insight with approachability, collaborating closely with clients to chart the most effective course for organizational advancement.

Terry's heart beats in sync with purpose-driven organizations, those that sow seeds of meaningful change in the community and amongst the individuals they serve, often with constrained resources. Witnessing the passion of these leaders and staff, who dedicate themselves to their purpose with unyielding enthusiasm, is a humbling inspiration.

Beyond work, Terry is dedicated to revitalization – from embracing the rush of exercise through CrossFit, biking, hiking and walking, to exploring new ideas through reading. Equally cherished are the times spent in the company of cherished family and friends.

Brooke Jarchow

Analyst & Consultant

The allure of engaging with visionary organizations drew Brooke to become a consultant at iBossWell in 2023. Having witnessed their strategic prowess as a client, joining the team seemed like an inspiring move in the right direction. Brooke's focus revolves around research and data reporting – building the foundation for informed decisions.

With a background in public health, Brooke's alignment with purpose-driven organizations is harmonious. She deeply resonates with their commitment to effecting positive change for people, communities and the planet beyond self-interest to shape policies, practices and objectives that usher in profound transformation.

Beyond her consulting role, Brooke's true joy lies with her family – husband and daughter, Poppy. Together, they cherish the great outdoors through leisurely strolls. When solo, Brooke is often found lost in the pages of a captivating book.

Pierre Hadaya

Senior Strategist

Pierre Hadaya, a full professor at the School of Management, Université du Québec à Montréal, is a driving force behind innovative, tech-savvy organizations. Serving as the co-director of the Center of Expertise in Digital Transformation of Organizations (CETNO), he showcases his profound knowledge in the spheres of strategic management and IT alignment. With a rich background in the private sector, which includes stints as a consultant and trainer for renowned organizations like Microsoft Canada, Pierre possesses a unique insight into industry challenges.

Beyond teaching, Pierre collaborates with a multitude of organizations to bolster their competitive advantages. His expertise spans a wide array of strategic activities, encompassing environmental assessments, strategy and plan development, facilitation, coaching, enterprise architecture, portfolio and project management, business process reengineering and various facets of strategy management system training.

Pierre is a member of the Board of Directors of the International Association for Strategy Professionals, as well the editor of Strategy Magazine. He holds a Ph.D. in Technology Management and is a certified corporate director.

As a man who embraces life with open arms, Pierre cherishes his family and savors every opportunity to explore new horizons. Movies and books fuel his curiosity and he's a perpetual learning machine who believes that knowledge has the power to positively transform lives.

Bill Sundahl

Senior Strategist

Bill’s desire to join iBossWell in 2024 stemmed from the firm’s evidence-driven approach and the opportunity to join a team with an unwavering commitment to supporting those actively working to make the world a better place. His innate ability to build trust and connect the dots between an organization’s goals and its current state has been instrumental in Bill leading several successful organizational transformations.

In the midst of a diverse for-profit career path, Bill's passion for making a difference led him to the for-purpose sector in 2014. Now a decade in, he is more inspired than ever to problem solve for the future and contribute to the success of people and organizations getting things done.

Life is, of course, not all about work. He, his wife, and daughters are avid campers, especially near the water. In addition to sailing and a wonderful book club, live music gives him the opportunity to bring joy by performing with the Starhaven Rounders and running the music festival he founded in 2005.

Beth Malone

Bookkeeper

A reliable expert with an approachable demeanor, Beth tends to the financial heartbeat of iBossWell with dedication and care. Her journey to iBossWell began in 2018 while she was in search of a part-time bookkeeping role. The stars aligned, and she began maintaining financial records and creating client invoices, ensuring the gears of the financial engine run smoothly.

Outside of work, Beth enjoys a retired life. Her passion lies in playing competitive Bridge, keeping her strategic mind sharp. Additionally, she finds creative outlets in various handiwork pursuits.

Richard Schaeff

IBW Organizational Development Partner

Facilitator, Executive Coach

Rich Schaeff has designed, facilitated and coached large- and small- scale organizational culture change efforts for the past 25 years. Clients have included Fortune 100 manufacturing and health care organizations, national conservation organizations, as well as private, for-profit and local, nonprofit companies. Rich specializes in experiential and adult learning methodologies, corporate culture change leadership and design, communication skills development and implementation, and creating high performing teams. He is as comfortable and effective in the C-Suite conference room as he is working with teams on the plant floor.

For the past 8 years, Rich has been leading corporate organizational culture change within the context of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, helping executives and managers alike develop the skills and practices to wade into the difficult conversations essential for creating inclusive organizational cultures. These practices build the competence and confidence necessary for corporate leaders to create the inclusive organizational culture necessary to retain the diverse professionals of the future.

Rich’s competencies include executive coaching, creating high performing teams, leading and facilitating high engagement trainings for groups from 10 to 100+, facilitating and teaching others in having difficult conversations, and building cultural competence at all levels of an organization. His engaging style, humor and directness create lasting results.
