     Joshua Farrell

Joshua Farrell’s 30 years of experience in a variety human services fields has led him to embrace the opportunity to work with iBossWell, Inc, and the development of key employees to bring a business to its optimum performance. Regardless of the age range, from college freshmen to retirees, people with disabilities, or the staffs that he has supervised, everyone is seeking to respond well to the challenges they face at each stage of life. The counseling he has done and the directions he has provided in all of these situations has firmly established him as a knowledgeable practitioner of human development.

He has been working as a social worker in the field of HIV care for the last 14 years with a variety of duties. Direct face to face counseling in meetings with clients; former chair and long time member of the community based Finance Committee that allocates Federal funds to meet local needs; creation of policies and procedures to support the homeless in rental assistance programs; all characterize the experiences of the these years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. A Masters in Theology with a BA in Religion round out Joshua’s study of human nature and brings an ability to incorporate a discussion of the spiritual realities in the day to day routines. Joshua is also trained and certified as a coach for The Leadership Circle Profile®.

Joshua’s extensive experience in the world of not for profits, includes strategic planning, Board development, staff supervision as well as contracting for and reporting on federal, state, local and private funding for services as the Director of Client Services for a local housing not for profit in the Kansas City metro area.


     Denise McNerney

Denise is the Co-CEO for IBossWell, Inc and is a Business Consultant specializing in strategic and business planning, organizational change, leadership and team development, and executive coaching. Denise has more than 20 years of experience leading business operations and coaching managers in sales, marketing, strategic planning, healthcare service delivery, business operations, team dynamics, and customer relations in both for-profit as well as not-for-profit organizations. In her last corporate position as Executive Director of Managed Care and Corporate Accounts at AstraZeneca, Inc., Denise directed all business operations of national and regional accounts; book value of $4+ billion. She has hired and developed hundreds of managers during her 20+ year corporate career. In her last corporate position she was responsible for the business activities of more than 200 associates including 17 corporate directors. She has special expertise in co-leadership or "partner leadership," a frequent result of mergers and acquisitions. Denise has experienced the phenomenon firsthand, written about it and consulted regarding the advantages and challenges of partner leadership. She has served as an executive coach and mentor for a number of leaders, as well as a consultant/coach for the Entrepreneur Program from the National Center for Social Entrepreneurs.

Denise has had extensive experience developing high performing teams. She has facilitated strategic, business and reorganization planning with a number of organizations, taking them from needs assessment and situational analysis, all the way through to strategy development, redesign and implementation of merger restructuring. Denise was a member of the start-up leadership team for a new HMO, and experienced first-hand the process of building a business from the ground up.

She is currently co-authoring the book, "Boss Isn't Just a Four-letter Word", including the PeoplePACT™ -Process and Principles of Humane Leadership, which is a culmination of her extensive experience in leadership development. Denise holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, a Master's degree in Counseling, and additional work towards a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology.


     Dotti Reiss

With over 25 years of healthcare management and marketing experience, Dotti has coached and mentored managers at all levels from department head to CEO.

Her responsibilities during her varied career with Kaiser Permanente included the founding and management of several new programs - patient advocacy, health education and home hospice, before moving into marketing management where she developed the leading sales team in the San Francisco Bay area. During her tenure as Health Plan Manager in Kansas City, the plan experienced significant growth and its first year in the black. As Director of National Accounts, she developed the team that was solely responsible for Kaiser’s business relationship with such national corporations as Marriott, General Motors, Lockheed Martin, IBM, Delta Airlines, and General Electric., representing over half of Kaiser’s national revenue.

A unique and highly successful partnership between Kaiser and General Motors was designed, proposed and managed for its first three years by Dotti. This project placed three Kaiser managers and a physician in charge of managing, monitoring and improving quality of all GM’s HMOs for its employees and retirees, involving close collaboration with the leadership of the United Auto Workers. Based on the continuing success of this partnership, Dotti was chosen to be the international mentor to the CEO of a large HMO in Johannesburg, South Africa, dealing with issues of union pressure, racial relations, business strategy and bottom-line profit.

Dotti holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and a Master’s in Public Administration. She serves on the board and has growth and fund-raising responsibilities for two large non-profit organizations. She appeared in Who’s Who in the West and has been published on the Internet and in local newspapers.


     Dave Schrader, PhD

Dave is a senior leadership development consultant with over 15 years experience, eight with top consulting firms. His current practice is called LeadingWork LLC and focuses on helping clients create work environments marked by courage and commitment rather than fear-based compliance. Dave is also affiliated with Wolf Creek Partners Inc., a network of leadership consultants and trainers, with whom he focuses primarily on improving healthcare practices.

Through his training, consulting, and coaching work, Dave has helped senior and mid-level managers lead in ways that increase engagement and create a step-change in performance. His recent clients have included Exempla Healthcare, Kaiser Permanente (Mid-Atlantic Region), Summa Health Systems, FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company, DiamlerChrysler, Foremost Insurance, Playtex Products, Discover Financial Services, Ernst & Young LLP, BRE Properties, and Imperial Oil (Esso Canada).

In the past, Dave was a consultant and project director with Pecos River, a division of Aon Consulting. Prior to that, he worked as a Manager in the Leadership & Organization Change group at Ernst & Young LLP, providing internal organization development consultation, team performance interventions, and education in the effective management of organizational change.

He also has an extensive background guiding wilderness expeditions & coaching people through those stressful challenges. Dave’s outdoor leadership skills include ropes courses, mountaineering, rock climbing, caving, whitewater canoeing, cross-country skiing and backpacking.

Dave lives with his wife, Andi, and their two children, Ellie (13 yrs.) and Seth (10 yrs.) in Silver Lake, Ohio.

He has his Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from The Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University; a masters degree in Experiential Education from the University of Akron; and a bachelors degree in Management from Pennsylvania State University.


     Greg Tiedeman

Greg has over 27 years of experience in leadership, teaching and coaching. He has worked with executive, mid-level and front line managers and employees to build communication and change management skills.

As an independent consultant, Greg has worked with a number of organizations in the areas of change management, leadership and organizational development, executive coaching, team building, conflict resolution and program facilitation. Examples of clients: Kaiser Permanente, Astra Zeneca, LULAC National Education Service Centers, Pecos River Learning Center and Wolf Creek Partners.

Greg’s corporate experience includes 23 years at Kaiser Permanente in Hawaii. He served as Asst. Director Pharmacy Services and was responsible for leadership of Kaiser’s Outpatient Pharmacy Services throughout the state. Additionally, he had extensive involvement in the Human Resources Department’s inter-departmental programs involving supervisory skills building, customer service, re-engineering and continuous quality improvement.

Greg has a B.S. in Pharmacy and extensive continuing education in communication, organizational development and leadership skills. He also teaches seminars on individual and corporate culture change management.
